Kerry-Ann's Interests
General
My children - they're bloody fantastic!
My grand-daughter - she's a little corker!
Freeing the human race.
Loving people.
Making stuff.
'Having it off'
Create your own 8 Ball
.. .. - Get Your Own
Music
Ooya! This is a toughie. I like pretty much anything. Some of my favs are...
Slipknot (obv), Marilyn Manson, , Goldie Lookin' Chain, Puddle of Mud (does that have 2 D's? oh sod it, I like the music not their name!), Mika, Missy Elliott, Shirley Bassey, Anastacia, Lily Allen, Will Young, Slade, The Monkees, Barry Manilow... ya getting the difficulty I'm facing here?
If it scares the living shit outta me or makes me wanna hurl - we're good to go!
If it makes me laugh 'til I piss my pants - same as.
I also like wicked special effects and stuff. Basically, I don't like to have to use my brain. If I'm watching I like to switch off and escape for a bit. It's painful being in here 24/7 ya know!
Television
Oooh, I do love me soaps! Corro's me fav, then Eastenders. Though I must admit I don't always keep up to date with either.
Anything reality-based, well not anything, but all the talent shows (well the ITV ones at least - go Cowelie a greedy git!) and I've got into Big Brother a lot more as the years have gone on.
Funny stuff... Lots and lots of funny stuff.
Cookery programmes, but ones where they cook, not spend half the programme planting, chasing or watching the fucker before they do owt.
Music channels - My favourite is Kerrang but we haven't had that in a couple of years now. Damn this bottom of the rich/poor divide malarky! Feel proud of yourself up there oh so very few of you? Do we look like ants down here? 'cos I feel like one myself... I knew I'd have to go on!! Shut up woman!
Books
Anything mind-expanding. I have the hugestest book collection. Conspiracy theories, text books, religious texts, self-improvement, aliens, ghosts, divination, the unexplained etc etc etc.
Oh yeah, and I love a bloody good horror!! Never been one for soppy stuff though, and as for eroticism, well I prefer stuff with pictures!! Can't read at the same time as having a good old shuftie eh?! omg! I just said that?!!
Heroes
My Mum - what that poor lady's lived through I admire her sooo much. She's my best friend!
My Children - as I believe I stated earlier, they're bloody fab!
Jeremy Kyle - I admire his sense of right and wrong, and his bullheaded approach to getting stuff done.
Gok Wan - The man's an angel on earth! Its about time someone gave women the reason to be proud. Celebrate yourself peeps!!
Jonathan Cainer - another repeat but that man has seen me through some really tough times, and never ceases to impress me.
About me: Firstly, I would like to mention that I spent a good hour and a half earlier updating this effin' profile and it didn't save. Let it be known that there is SOOOOO much more to me, and when I get my puter fixed I'm gon prove it!
...
Hi! My name's Kerry-Ann, I'm 36 years old and live in a reet chavvie part of Leicester with my 3 children, my grand-daughter, my partner of over five years and my eldest's fiance. I am, quite frankly, terribly 'ordinary'!
I have an ickle dog called Bailey and a cat called Chester Bennington, and am the 'Noo-Noo' to Adolf, our youngest cat (he's my daughter's, and his full name is Randolf Hitler-Abdy-Taylor-Stainton III Esq PDSA) -- Hey! I like naming stuff ok?. My daughter allowed me to name Adolf, and her daughter, Liberty Rogue. Told you my kids were bloody fab!
I spend most of my time formulating plans to take over the world. No, honestly. In a totally nice way of course! This world we live in is broke, and it's time we fixed it!
These are some of the things we've let happen to us...
*We've never been to the moon - not that interesting anymore, but it's the fact they've lied to us and we stuck it
*9/11 was an inside job. Yep, that's old news now too - but it's another thing we've let slide by.
*We are given no choice to not be religious - we're snatched from the nest before we're ready to fly and force fed it along with everyone else
*We are Propagandaised (it's a word ok? I just made it up) on a daily basis, and don't question a thing we're told. The television companies only give one version of events and never inform us that we have the option of not believing, or giving us alternative sources to make our own judgement. But because they were 'farm-reared' like the rest of us, they don't even realise what they're doing!
*Money doesn't exist! It's a power over us. Money and religious fear keep us where we are. We're taxed on income, on products, on services. Interest rates on everything go up, prices on every little thing rise, but not in line with income. It's not meant to work, that's the idea. We have to be nibbling after the carrot all life long, just getting by - if that. Everyone but the Uber-rich is a victim. Don't think that if you earn a hundred grand a year you're any freer as a human being than the rest of us, we're all their property... and 99.5% of us completely 'expendable'.
Ooh, I'm going off on one. Soz! But to make my point I shall use the work of the heavenly Jeremy Kyle and mention that when you let someone do the dirty on you once you give them carte blanche to do it again. There needs to be a generation that stops them, because they're f*cking up our world and it doesn't belong to them to do it to! Every generation has waited for God to come do it for us, and it's about time we realised that 'He's' not going to fly down from the sky - it's going to come from INSIDE of you. That's why we're taught from 5 to look for him in the 'heavens', or in a book, or a building - to stop you knowing that the truth is inside you. Then they keep you busy working for the unattainable for the next umpteen years and sod off on holiday!!
Anyway, when I'm not writing, thinking or debating about the crapness of the world we live in, I craft. No, I'm not a witch, I make things. Cards, jewellery, hair extensions, fabric art - ooh, all sorts.
I'm a wappy extrovert, and yet and at the same time a bit of a hermit. Well, a lot of a hermit really since I had to get rid of my car. A total slapper whose absolutely petrified of men. A raging fighter and total passifist. I'm a bit of an oddball - that's much easier I suppose!! It hurts my head less I know that!!
You are a Universal Empath, you possess all the qualities of the other seven empath groups. You are what is known as an "Implicate" or Imp, a product of evolutionary design and genetic mutation. You are a psychic hybrid. (from "The Book of Storms" by Jad Alexander at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Empaths/)
Who I'd like to meet: Jonathan Cainer - he's the most 'like me' thinking geezer I've ever read. He knows stuff that I sooo want to talk to him about. He's an effin genuis ffs!
Piers Morgan - I totally love his work. He's funny and, more importantly, honest as fook. I'd totally love to 'get him on board'.
Katie Price - Once again someone who says it how they see it. Plus the girl is extremely clued up considering.
Jeremy Kyle - because I reckon we'd get on like a bungalow ablaze... and he could give me sound psychiatric advice
Danny Wallace - I reckon me and him could light some fires too!! wink!wink! But I want him batting for my team. I think he's got the bollocks to stand up and say 'oi!'. Doesn't reply to his MySpace e-mails though! Hehe!!
Slipknot - my all time top sexual fantasy is to have sex with all of Slipknot at the same time (in their costumes of course). Trust me, I've worked out the logistics - after hour upon hour of deep thought!
Dave Grohl - another of my musical heroes (and I'm sure I could find him a space!)
More people like me who won't accept 'It can't be done in our lifetime'. Lots and lots of them - bring 'em on!
Weird Al Yankovic - the man's a genius! One of the few poets in the world I respect. Respect!
... as always this list isn't finished, it's a work in progress.
