.............I was born in Florida and raised near the ocean, my first love there in this little beach town... The ocean where it all started..... floating in the ocean and dream as a child... I thought I had super powers and that one day when I am good and ready I would be granted super human abilities and save the world. I was an only child.....so I made things up to entertain my self although I seem to be going in that direction
(SAVE THE WORLD) .
Acting has always been something I did since a child being part of theaters and dance studios and singing. I would put on shows for my moms friends and have them rolling on the ground crying from laughing so hard.....My first commercial was for Disney's The Lion King.
I loved to draw ..... this became a talent of mine. I moved to Atlanta to finish high school then continued my education at The Art Institute of Atlanta working towards a Bachelor in Mixed Media and Animation and a Associates in Computer Animation....Something about school takes the fun out of it. Although I am still very creative.
While I was at school I was asked to do MUSIC VIDEOS which help pay for my 500 page $100 3D Max books for class. I learned allot being in font of the camera and in school working behind the camera. I have worked on commercials behind the scenes and in front. Doing music videos gave me a chance to work with Outkast and others like JDupri, NELLY, P Diddy, Dallas Austin, Benny Boom, Bryan Barber, Little X, T.I, Sleepy Brown, Goodie Mob, Young Jeezy and many more.. like Chris Brown
I have modeled and been in national magazines and have worked with KING magazine, Seagram, Ford, Coke, Disney and many others.
I was CAROLINE in the "ROSES" video. This video played so much it had #1 TRL spot for two weeks with global play. I was asked to do DAVID LETTERMAN and Good Morning America with Outkast. Caroline is my alter ego so it was allot of fun. I am the opposite of that type of girl. I went on to create a pilot based off this character with interest from FOX.
After that I did a movie called ATL and I played Tondie with Evan Ross. I was up for the lead I had no representation and a girl from LA got it. My latest movie out is STOMP THE YARD and I played Maya where I was up for the lead again and a girl from LA got it. Stomp the Yard was a ton of fun and you are going to love it. It is finally out on DVD so go get it and tell me what you think. I am very proud of this movie it killed the box office opening at 54 million the first weekend!!! After shooting Stomp the Yard I moved to LA to be where it's at! Hollyweird....and trust me it is.
I am a personal trainer, yoga and fitness instructor and health/ Beauty consultant repping AROBONNE and Mona Vie and I have many talents. I plan on pursuing them all.
I have been involved in the fitness industry for a very long time and it is something that I love. Being in great shape goes hand in hand with acting. I was on "The Wake Up Work out " on Channel 11 Alive with 45,000 daily viewers and a Emmy Nomination. I am very much into health and wellness. I love teaching people how to be more fit and discover there bodies. It is my gift back to the people. I have studied yoga with the best in the world including Shiva Rae and Duncan Wong and others. I look up to yogis for there inspiration for creating new and exciting fusions of yoga and dance and martial arts. Yogis who inspire me are the ones that I have mentioned and Phillip Askew and Simon Parks are great inspirations to me. Passion breeds passion and to this I am passionate. I like to look at myself through the many facets of my being.....yes I am a total hippie chick peace and love freak who wants to bring back love as the new cool......Ya DIG?!?!!:)
I love to travel and learn new things. I want to see the world and be successful to give back to the world that has nourished me.
