Formed in 1996, after too much TV Killers by Jet Boy, some guy born in 1977. We got one CD album called "Rockin' Frenchies", out in 2004 on our own defunct label Little Pink Medecine. In 2005, 3 songs out on French CD comp "The Kaiser Fucks the New French Rock" along with the Jerry Spiders Gang or Cowboys From Outterspace out on Nova Express, and we did a Kids cover for the great "Killed by Trash" tribute to KBD comp out on P.Trash Records.
After, the departure of Cherry boy in 2005, we have made pause during some months, up to meeting with Hero boy (ex-Jerky Turkey, Anita Hill)...
In 2006, new members join the band: Broken Boy (promoter from the club “Le Mars Attack “) and Jet Girl (the Jet Boy wife’s and the singer from The Jet Reactions, ex-sexy girls and Go-Go Men Show) …
We have recorded 4 new songs to the chalet in Pompignac where Paquita (ex-4teen Killers, 80’s Furies) came to participate in back vocals.
In April 2007, the band leaves La Rochelle to become established in Bordeaux. It is the departure of Hero boy and Broken Boy, then the arrival of Lichen Boy (Hero-x, Wild Bud, ex-Jakes) and Law Boy (Heartbeeps)…
A short time later, One 7 inche out in Shit In Can Records / Adrenalin Fix Music / Frantic City Records. In January 2008, we recorded new tracks with Lo ' Spider at the Boogaloo Studio in Bordeaux. We also participated to FUZZ.COM compilation volume 3 with 13 bands like TAXI, TEXAS TERRI BOMB, THE SPITS, THE SHOCKS, THE BLACK HOLLIES, M.O.T.O, etc....
In July 2008, it's the arrival of Budy Boy (Ex-Jet Reactions, the Jet Girl brother's) and Wood Boy (Ex-Weens)..
Since the beginning, FLYING OVER have played only in Europe (France, Holland, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Spain).. Now, we work for a new tour in October 2009 and we want to recorded an second album...
