I'm back from my June tour! Let's pretend for a minute that you are my manager, what would you be telling me to do next? Here's a one question survey where you can take 2 minutes (tops) to become the person with all the answers!
Enjoy and thanks!

"Jean Mazzei's album [Breathing Under Water] is a testament to singer-songwriters writers who don’t need to stay stuck in the mold of indie, acoustic folk songs. She has taken relatively sensitive songs to a new place..." Gilli Moon, Songsalive!

Toni is a fantastic supporter and promoter of live, original music, and she has always been a big fan of Flying Venus! She recently started her own promotions company in LA, and was instrumental in getting me a gig at the Talking Stick in Venice Beach, CA. She is also a super cool human being which can be rare in the music business! Thanks for all your love and support Toni!
An 80s' retro sound with a fresh twist. B52s meets Aerosmith.

"Face of A Nation is a soulful album with a funky
undertone that makes you glad you picked up this
cd.
Jean's voice is a sleek sultry sound that is pure
listening pleasure, accompanied by the ideal
instrumental groovy. Making Face Of A Nation a
must have for your cd collection.
My favorite tracks on this cd are Long Road To
Memphis and Kinda Like U although I didn't find a
track on this cd I didn't like. These two songs just
happen to speak to me. You will find while listening
to Face Of A Nation that the album has a pure
ambiance about it that flows from one song to the
next.
Leaving you eager for your next taste of what
Flying Venus has to offer!"

Yet not quite like it, For the blueness is not transparent, Only translucent. Her soul's light shines through, But her soul cannot be seen. It is something elusive, whimsical, tender, wanton, infantile, wise And noble. She wears, Monsignore, a blue garment, Made in the manner of the Japanese. It is very blue- I think that her eyes have made it more blue, Sweetly staining it As the pressure of her body has graciously given it form.
I am not on here as much either. I am on facebook more often. I am doing well. School is almost done with this semester so I am glad about that. I have one more semester to go then I will be graduating in May of 2010. Send me your link on facebook then I will add you as a fan! Plus I will add you as a friend as well.

I would do it just for you
and share with you its beauty
On the days you're feeling blue.
If I could build a mountain
You could call your very own;
A place to find serenity,
A place to be alone.
If I could take your troubles
I would toss them in the sea,
But all these things I'm finding
are impossible for me.
I cannot build a mountain
Or catch a rainbow fair,
But let me be what I know best,
A friend who's always there.
This is a Hug Certificate!!
