Thanks for checking out Function FU. This is a solo project I started working on in late 2007. The sound is best described as dark/horror hard-dance but may also evolve into other styles as work progresses as I am often fickle, love many types of electronic music, and am always trying and learning new things. Music has been a hobby for about 10 years. I spent the early 90's in dance clubs from Oklahoma City, OK to Tampa, FL and developed a true love for many genres of electronic music, most notably, Trance and EBM. The next logical phase, in my mind, was to learn how to make it myself. I'm not a full time musician, however, and I do have a full time career. I commit as much time as possible to learning, practicing, and producing but progress does not always come fast. I'll try to post new tracks as they're completed. Assimilation is Tulsa's monthly dark dance event and Saturday May 23rd marks the one year anniversary. The anniversary party is a thank you to all of you that have supported us over the last year and it is also a chance for people who haven't made it out to experience the best night yet!
