    Focus! Focus! is a solo project of sorts, a reimagining and redirecting of a passion and a dream. The mind at work behind the music, Elly Swope, has been playing music since age 11, when she convinced her parents to let her play the drums. Several years and several bands later, Swope is taking control of the music she creates... "I've always known that I wanted to play music. That's it. Everything else I do is a back-up plan. So I decided to put aside my back-up plans for awhile, and focus on my dream." In this way Focus! Focus! is a narrowing-in, a constant reminder to hold onto a dream, and an acknowledgement of the work it takes to do that... All songs are written and performed by Elly Swope.
