Tortured Souls Entertainment was formed by Isaac Emerson in the winter of 2006. Upon Swamp's release in the spring the group Foe Certain was formed... Since then it's been on like Donkey Kong. The group released the underground smash "Definition of an Enemy" in the fall of 2006 to much critical acclaim. The group has toured locally and nationally since the cd's arrival infecting the masses with this new breed of hip hop. In the summer of 2007 the group dropped I Hate Mixtapes Vol.1. The mixtape created more underground buzz for the group when MurderDog named it one of the best mixtapes of the year. Since then Foe Certain has been touring and recording their next mixtape and a rerelease of their first album as well as new material. Although many haters have wanted to see the group fail Foe Certain continues to gain momentum on their quest for Hip Hop Domination....
