This comment finds you in Kentucky. I hope your current tour of the South is going well. I am just writing to say that, although I don't have a CD player, your duo album, Lonesome Song, has been going around and around in my car, as I drive to and from gigs, and is one of my favorite recordings, at the moment. Caleb's singing on Norman Blake's "Billy Gray" is brilliant. "Little Black Train," "Girl In The Blue Velvet Band," "Lonesome Song," "Old Love Letters" and Caleb's "Goodbye I'm Gone" are all show-stoppers. I find myself pressing the repeat button every time I hear "Green Valley Waltz," yet another great track. In fact, from the first notes of "My Horses Ain't Hungry," I'm hooked. It's great stuff, from start to finish. All the best and hope to hear you again some time, over in Portland.
Well boys, you sure ripped it up! That was a legendary night in the Cobblestone - hope you come back again and again and again... Actually, try and make it to Bliss Fest in Michigan next summer, 2010 - we hope to be home for that one and sure would be good to see ya again! Hell, you never know, maybe you'll see us on second stage - or at least we can have a beer or two and maybe a tune under the pines in tent city! Hope you have a lovely summer. Charleen and the LABs
Foghorn Duo dearest: Albeit your "Pretty little cat" is my favorite, must I say all your songs are fine, whether acoustic, country or bluegrass. With a 6 stringed acoustic guitar, mandolin, fiddle and banjo plus tuneful vocals your music is ready to enliven any dancing bash. I want to wish good luck in your gig throughout Great Britain and Ireland and hope you can hear out my provincial songs, my roots, displayed on my site. Your kind and valuable comments are awaited with love and patience. Please accept my musical embrace.
Hey guys. Thx for the add and thank you very much for a great evening at The Wharf last weekend. Great music and good company. :-) I hope to see you again in Aalborg(hopefully The Wharf again) and remember that Calvin and Hobbs in danish is Stone and Drugs! hehe
My first Cd "Blue Like A Jazz Note" has just been released and is now available for purchase from my site and iTunes. This album represents the culmination of years of hard work and a dream that has been alive in me from my earliest days. It includes 15 great jazz standards by some of the world's greatest composers. I hope you'll come and have a listen.
"Well, like I tell the girls, if you have trouble with the mike, just smile real loud."

We've all been there.... Some of us more than others! Really enjoyed your work, at the opening night to the Portland Old Time Music Gathering. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make it to anything else. Oh, well. Next year, I guess. All the best.
