Folkswagon formed in November of 2008. Members include Rachelle Laundrie on lead vocals and acoustic guitar, Bill Van Offeren on fiddle, John Jacob on bass, Rockin' Russ on drums, Brent Mitchell on lead guitar and Susan Laundrie on back-up vocals and percussion. We play eighty percent originals that Rachelle wrote and some covers from Kasey Chambers, Dolly Parton, Emmylou Harris, old bluegrass, and a little rock with a FW twist... Wow Rachelle, Lovin the new demos!!! Believe it or not, I got the date mixed up for your first show and came out to the Eagles gig on Saturday... Guess what? You weren't there, but I had a great corned beef & cabbage dinner!!! I've been in Virginia and missed the Bonk show too. But I'm gonna try to come out tomorrow nite... Cool Stuff!
