people have told me that i remind them of a young patti smith, which is pretty cool. i would have never compared myself to her, she's a goddess. other people have said some songs are reminiscent of bobby dylan, but its kinda funny cos i had never listened to him until people started saying that. its fine by me though. i am not really sure that i sound like these guys, but i am truly flattered that anyone would say so.
On Oct 3, a fantastic gathering occurred within a cafe-sized room canopied by trees. The Gypsy Camp is a long-visited place within El Escorpion Park in West Hills - long overdue to be utilized as a unique venue for live music.
It was the beginning of a new series of acoustic shows that bring bands out of bars and clubs, friends and musical enthusiasts out of the house on a saturday afternoon, and a unique and magical experience to everyone involved.

the short story of it is that residency is just too difficult to get through here and i figured i better move back before i lose residency in california. school would take to long to get through it i stayed here so i decided i'm going to move in with my brother out in canyon country. i am going to miss it here though... at least i'll be back to visit often enough.
