fonoda present a version of slow core post-pop, that drones when necessary and celebrate a noise-quiet-dynamic, keeping the basics of any good song in mind: melody. Various electronics, samples, spheres and drones round off the picture of fonoda. Chopped guitars and digitally built soundscapes can be found everywhere. the notebook has more and more become the fourth bandmember not only while their live performances.
fonoda is a band started 2002 by the founders of the keplar label florian dölzer and matthias neuefeind.
In 2006 they started up a classic 3-man combo (with long-time friend christian unertl) and finished the recordings to their forthcoming 2nd album "eventually".
