About me:

Hi! I'm Kim Hopkins, the Food Allergy Coach and Founder of Food Sensitivity Resources. I am a licensed social worker and someone that "lives to eat" despite having multiple food issues. The rundown so far: Celiac Disease (gluten intolerance), sensitivity to sugar, peanuts, tree nuts, cherries, yeast, and fairly sensitive to rice. Food Sensitivity Resources offers personal coaching (in person and via phone), workshops, The Food Allergy Coach Blog, the Safe Suppers dining club, and consultation for businesses and schools...all aimed at making this an easier world for those of us with dietary restrictions.
