About me: Food that's hot! All foods fit in my diet in moderation. Let's just say, every food has its benefits and downfalls. I'm your investigative dietitian traveling to all parts of the world to give you the scoop on all types of fun food. I earned my Bachelor's of Science in Dietetics at Eastern Michigan University, completed my internship at University of Michigan and Pfizer. I passed my board exams that makes me a R.D. Now I'm living in sunny southern California, writing books, personal-nutrition consulting for clients and doctors, menu-planning and developing corporate wellness. I have worked at San Clemente Hospital as a dietitian, taught nutrition at Santa Ana College and model.
