The 7 track CD is titled Something Will Grow and is a collection of favourites the band has been playing around local venues of Melbourne & Victoria. It's recordings show pure emotion with themes such as relationships, love and the harder times in life.
Recorded and produced by their very own John Carr, the band selected tracks covering a wide spectrum of tempos and sounds. From the energetic opener "Something Will Grow" to the memorable "Gratitude", followed by the Beatles inspired ballad "Second Time so Blue", the EP displays artistic integrity and genuine commitment to their craft.

Influenced by artists such as Further Seems Forever, Foo Fighters, The Beatles, Death Cab for Cutie and Sonic Youth, Fools and Angels bring musicality to rock, writing intriguing melodies accompanied by life inspired lyrics. They have been bringing their live sound to many Melbourne venues such as the Espy, Revolver Upstairs, the Public Bar, the Noise bar, the Empress, Ding Dong Lounge and the Arthouse, sharing the stage with many of Melbourne's great independent bands. ..........................................................
After the successful release of their debut EP "Something Will Grow" in mid 2008, they have been back in the studio, shedding blood, sweat, and plenty of tears emerging with the single that is "Can't Wait". A catchy tune that's always a favourite at Fools and Angels live shows - the songs content being about a girl coming to terms with the heavy emotion and irrationality that is left behind from her troubled past.
The CD also contains two bonus tracks - the raw, energetic "Life Unfolds" and a live recording of the thought provoking ballad, "Broken Windows".
