About me: Some trips are chosen, others choose you. When tragedy strikes Bill Carter's life he finds himself drawn to a war zone. Fools Rush In takes us on an emotional rollercoaster ride from Alaska to Dublin to Los Angeles to Sarajevo and back again while Carter seeks answers to questions he didn't even know he had. Compelling, humorous, hopeful and at times almost beyond belief, it is nonetheless all true.

Hey, thanks for the request AND the condolences about Brett. I actually saw a car on the road in the city today which I took as a sign of hope that the people of Green Bay may one day recover from the loss. haha
im heading back to sarajevo again this summer. i work for a humanitarian aid in the city. i always have such a hard time explaining what happened there. and more often than not i suggest this book.
