I was born in Latronico, a small village in the south of Italy. At the age of 7 I moved with my family to Rome where in 1992 I graduated from Santa Cecilia Conservatory with a degree in classical guitar, taking my final exam with a ten-string classical guitar. In the following years, I used this ten-string guitar in live performances with original repertoire. In 1996 I picked up a six-string steel guitar, and here I am. I have studied composition and chamber music, performed in various ensembles with classical or original repertoire, and collaborated with jazz, experimental, electronic and pop projects. About my 3 albums: ..Overcrossing.. (a guitar duo with Luca Pagliani, Equipe, 1999), ..Rag Tap Boom.. (solo guitar - S3L, 2003) and ..Circolare.. (solo guitar, Accordature Aperte, 2005).
