Forced Evolution story started somewhere in Belgium at the end of 2005 when leadguitarist Ulrich Schadeck decided to gather the pieces for a explosive metalband. Those he was looking for were found with Nicolas Toussaint (Rhythm guitars), Schumyx (Bass) and Guillaume Pierson (Drums).
A first demo was released in 2006 and so was their first self produced EP : Unveiled later in 2007. Those 2 studio efforts allowed them to forge a good reputation by the quality of their material and to tour wherever and whenever it is possible, rocking out the fans and gaining some live experience. Since then Forced Evolution arose in and out of their area as being an astonishing metal band and forcing respect thanks to their loud performance and intense music.
Through all the shows they played in Belgium , Luxembourg , France and Slovenia a few experiences can be highlighted. Forced Evolution gained two years in a row the local blastbeat challenge and got to the final in Bruxelles. They rocked the prison in Arlon in December 07. They opened for American Trash metal band Devil Driver in March 08 in the prestigious Rockhal (L) and played on the second stage of the Metal Camp 08, amongst other bands such as Arch Enemy, Soilwork, Rage, Evergrey, Apocalyptica, Carcass...
Furthermore the band received many awards for their music on the international community garageband.com : most rocking track, most original, best beat, best melody, best lyrics, best production, best bass, best drums, best guitars, best male vocals…just to name a few.
However as far as the position of singer was concerned Forced Evolution changed line-up twice in 2 years due to apparent and unexpected lack of motivation and personal stability of their singers. Consequently the band stopped touring during 9 months. But nothing could stop the rock and Forced Evolution went on writing new material during those months.
The band is currently working on their first album. A 3 song promotional demo package named Sealed has been released as a preview for that album in the beginning of 2009 with two guests vocalists. With those refreshing tracks Forced Evolution demonstrates their power, virtuosity and sense of melody, groove and arrangement. This demo witnesses how Forced Evolution' style keeps evolving into something more melodic. Forced Evolution definitely achieved a personal sound which is a mix of fast and groovy riffs, blasting drums, atmospheric keyboards, pounding bass and catchy melodies.
The priority of the band is to find a new singer and to manage to communicate their enthusiast for their music and for their passion on and out of stage. With their last material Forced Evolution hope they will find the right frontman and gain definitive recognition from professionals as well. The band is now searching for professional partners (labels, bookers, managers...) in order to help them to promote their sound and vibes and to tour as much as possible again and again, on and on...

...we'll find ourselves confronted with a drummer that shows us the broadest interpretations of metal drumming. Merciless battering, a rolling double bass and a snare that'll smack right through the depths of our darkened souls...
...Take a second to close your eyes and imagine... add to that an encounterment with guitars that will raise your lust to new heights, a lust that finds it satisfaction in the mental plains. Displayed in a technical yet emotional way. Here to take us away in a temptation that we sadly don't experience alot in reality...

...Unveiled begins with two instrumental tracks, the first, 'Overture', is a wonderfully complex mix of eerie and sinister orchestral strings, both light and haunting yet overlaying a darker and evilly throbbing heart...
...All of this is layered with delicate, glass shattering solos, with the chugging assault of Nicolas Toussaint's rhythm guitar and Ulrich Schadeck's powerful solos destroying eardrums everywhere...
www.teethofthedivine.com...Band founder and lead guitarist Ulrich Schadeck has a great understanding of his instrument, throwing down some absolutely phenomenal lead and solo work...
...Unveiled is an (unfortunately) short exercise in stellar musicianship without losing sight of the song. I have a feeling they’ll turn some heads - from the prog circles to thrash and traditional fans and maybe even some death metal fans - the potential to reach across several genres is here. Highly recommended...
