FOREIGN HEIGHTS BIO:
If you know Australian hip-hop, you know of MC TREY, MAYA JUPITER and DJ NICK TOTH.
Individually they have worked to develop and cultivate their own identities, song writing, performing & recording for about 10 years each.
Besides their artistic expressions, they are also involved in the media, events promotion and community sector, working with at-risk youth.
They began working together a few years ago, facilitating hip-hop music workshops for Sydney youth, which led to stage collaborations around Australia, the UK & Japan.
The over-whelming response has led to the birth of their current project, Foreign Heights.
For the first time in Oz hip-hop history, 2 uniquely-talented established MC/vocalists, combine forces to deliver a fresh-sounding album featuring production by some of Australian & NZ music's finest producers, Nick Toth, Zux, P-Money and Kutmasta Kurt from LA.
Guest vocals on the album come from the likes of Mystro, Murs, Zux, Macromantics, Eternia and others!
On stage and in the studio Trey and Maya are backed up by DJ Nick Toth.
With more than a decade of experience combined, they guarantee to deliver a crowd-rocking show of rhymes and rhythms.
