Forepaw was a little shopfront in Melbourne, Australia. We operated as a non-profit, all-ages venue for gigs, performances, workshops, screenings, installations and other things. Forepaw closed in December 2008.
hey. i don't have much time, they've almost found me. i just wanted to tell you that we're playing a gig this friday night, the 13th, at the rainbow hotel in fitzroy. it's a benefit gig for the CFA, with all proceeds going to bushfire relief. it's all ages, entry is a gold coin donation, and we're playing with the jupiters and al rogers. i hope to see you there, if i'm not dead already.

Local AV ensemble The Spheres play the last show of their residency at The Edinburgh Castle this Thursday 27th November. Rounding off what has been month long series of audiovisual acts, The Spheres will be joined this Thursday by post rock quartet This Is Your Captain Speaking. Proceedings kick off at 9pm and entry is free! Featured also as part of the Electundra Festival showcasing the experimental sounds and moving images of Melbourne's Audio Visual Underground , The Spheres soundtrack the light thrown from projectors at Loop Bar this Sunday 30th November. Entry is $10 and includes a complimentary DVD upon entry.
