‘FORESIGHT: URBAN’
RELEASED: 19TH NOVEMBER 2007
Casual Records anticipated next release is here! ‘Foresight’ is the latest project on Casual, featuring an array of brand spanking new artists.
Following the same A&R nous they proved when signing Lady Sovereign, Casual now unearth more gems, presented on this refreshingly well-produced compilation.
For Casual Records, ‘Foresight’ is the development of a brand that is instantly recognisable and associated with none other than high quality, up and coming, grass roots music. ‘Foresight’ is a go to point for A&R’s, industry enthusiasts, tastemakers, DJ’s and artists alike; that are keen to stay ‘one step ahead’ when it comes to listening out for potential stars of the future.
This edition of ‘Foresight’ focuses on Urban music. Although mostly homegrown, there are contributions from the Urban Scene in Belgium and Holland.
This compilation has been structured to help artists get the most out of their deal with us. We have agreed on a 50/50 split with each artist and kept costs to a minimum. Foresight is about elevation not exploitation.
Here is a snapshot of just some of the artists:

Thanks for the add Mr Foresight, I like what you are doing and it's great to hear it expressed in an English accent. Good sense of drama, which after all, is what it's about.
