Forget About Boston is a San Francisco based Rock and Roll band taking rock music back to its roots. The band has been playing in and around San Francisco for over 3 years and has developed a significant fan base as well as a solid reputation for playing a killer show. All of the band’s music & lyrics are original though they have been known to pull out a brilliant cover from time to time. Their influences include The Rolling Stones, Oasis, The Beatles, Jet and The Black Crowes, among others.
The band has rocked local venues such as Cafe Du Nord, Elbo Room, Bottom of the Hill, RockIt Room, Red Devil Lounge, Biscuits & Blues, etc. More recently, Forget About Boston won the Regional Emergenza Music Festival and played the Key Club in L.A. for the National Finals.
Their new EP, Super Ego is available on iTunes and the video for their new single, In The Middle, is available for viewing on their Myspace as well as YouTube.
History: Horacio and Raphael originally started playing together in South America, having grown up as friends. Eventually, they ended up on opposite ends of the U.S. and Horacio convinced Raphael to leave Boston and move to the West Coast to continue their music career (hence the name of the band).
Forget About Boston has a unique, energetic sound that is like no other. The hard drumline, killer guitar & bass solos and melodic, heart-felt lyrics keep the most diverse crowds begging for more.
Hi, Forget About Boston Everything well? :) I’m here cos I’m searching for an eurodance singer, no matter if it’s male or female cos I’m planning a commercial dance track and, as you can guess, a singer in this style of music is essential. I wonder if you’d be interested or know about someone who can be interested, of course :) The other reason why I’m here is that I’m searching for remixers for my new techtrance tune ‘Give It A Try’. It will be released in Super 6 Records (Germany) and LAD Records (Portugal). I’m asking radio stations, listeners, etc for support and feedbacks too.
