Forget Me Nots is the brainchild of composer/lyricist Judd Wasserman. Meeting at art school, he joined up with Rachel (violin) and Nigel (bass) to realize a bigger sound. Playing steadily since 2006, Forget Me Nots have impressed audiences with rocking live sets, and intimate acoustic ones. After the recent parting with drummer, Brad Gibson, Forget Me Nots are getting back to the acoustic roots they began with. Their songs draw in audiences with interesting chordal and vocal harmony and beautiful violin. Forget Me Nots have played up and down the West coast, and in the midwest, and regularly in the greater Seattle area at the Showbox, Conor Byrne, High Dive, ToST Lounge, Lo-Fi, and many others. They make regular pilgrimages around the region to places like Port Townsend, Olympia, and Portland, OR. "Strumming new life into the city"--Seattle P.I. "Plenty of Musical Talent"--Sound Magazine. “Great songs and musicality. Unique and diverse.” --Northwest Folklore Society. "Judd Wasserman’s lyrics are few but well chosen, and complement the instrumentation perfectly."--Ourstage.com.
