About Forgotten Land - New Album Out !!

I Forgotten Land nascono nella primavera del 2006, quando Nordic Valkyrja decide di formare una band che lega il black metal al pagano.

La line-up iniziale era formata da:

Lord Kharm - Drum

Nordic Valkyrja - Guitar

Ulv - Vocals

Hugin - Bass

Hugin lascia il gruppo dopo pochi mesi. I Forgotten Land rimarrano per un anno nella formazione a tre batteria-chitarra-voce. Finalmente nell'estate del 2007, i Forgotten Land trovano un bassista, Oldgoblin, che ben presto prenderà il posto di chitarrista per lasciare il basso a Fenrir. In aprile 2008 esce il primo demo autoprodotto "Ancient Tales From Forgotten Lands", regitrato in gennaio/febbraio 2008. A febbraio 2009 abbiamo iniziato le registrazioni per il nuovo album presso gli "Authoma Studios" in Alessandria. L'uscita dell'album è prevista per l'estate.

28/6/09 - I FORGOTTEN LAND annunciano la collaborazione con l' Associazione OCULARIS INFERNUM "Management & Promotion", la quale si occuperà della promozione e dell' attività live della band sia in Italia che all' estero.

08/7/09 Annunciamo che in tale data il nostro primo full lenght "In Regno Langobardorum" sarà disponibile.

ENGLISH VERSION :

Forgotten Land arose in the spring of 2006 when Nordic Valkyrja deceided to form a band that league black metal with pagan culture.

The first line-up was:

Lord Kharm - Drum

Nordic Valkyrja - Guitar

Ulv - Vocals

Hugin - Bass

Later on, Hugin will leave the band and Forgotten Land will remain in 3 members formation for 1 year. Finally, in the summer of 2007, Forgotten Land will find OldGoblin as bassist; 2 month later, Fenrir will enter as bassist and OldGoblin will play guitar. In April 2008 is finally available the first auto-product demo "Ancient Tales From Forgotten Land", recording in January / February 2008. In February 2009 we started the recording session of our album at the "Authoma Studios" in Alessandria (Italy). The album will be available in summer 2009.

28/06/09 - FORGOTTEN LAND and OCULARIS INFERNUM "MANAGEMENT&PROMOTION", ANNOUNCE THE COOPERATION AGREEMENT UPON THE BAND PROMOTION AND LIVE ACTIVITIES IN ITALY AND ABROAD.

08/7/09 OUR FIRST FULL LENGHT "IN REGNO LANGOBARDORUM" IS NOW AVAILABLE.
