Forgotten Sun

This is a band that proudly stands out amongst its peers. A band driven by purpose and filled with passion, Forgotten Sun, is a force to be reckoned with. Their tracks hits you fast and hard with a fury of tight rhythms and distorted guitars from beginning to end, while showing you the band’s diversity along the way with softer tracks, But having some great recorded tracks filled with addicting hooks, and enough headbanging beats to get you an appointment with your local chiropractor is not enough for these rockers. “It’s all about having the live show to back it up” singer Mat Tacey Forgotten Sun has it, leaving it all on the stage and you breathless, screaming for more. Mat, commands the stage as well as the crowd with his uncanny vocal performance while connecting with the audience through stories of love and loss. Liam duels between rhythm and lead while delivering both colour and drive simultaneously backed by a rhythm section with more than enough backbone between bass player Guy Jolley and pounder Luke Morley.

Having already shared the stage with many of today’s National Acts such as Kasabian, Biffy Clyro, Span, Flickerstick, Lucon, Six by Seven, Bell X1, Tim Arnold, Jason and the Scorchers, The Black Spiders, The Highs, Paolo Nutini, The quireboys, and Heavens Basement. Forgotten Sun, is a band that will be followed by the masses and lead the charge for rock music into the next decade.

Forgotten Sun have recorded Lightning Strikes for UFC fighter James Lightning Wilks.
