For Greater Good is a Belgium-based ambient music project, trying to describe the world of today by means of ambient soundscapes mixed with everyday samples. Formed in 2004, the band decided to released their self-titled debut album in the summer of 2008.
Members are Izzy and samdevos and regularly features guest musicians.
The sound is often gloomy, sometimes uplifting, but always with a sparkle of hope for the future.

Tasman Richardson striked again with this a/v album composed like a tornado of micro samples. He cuts film like a surgeon cuts bodies to create new species. This creature is like a starving beast, fed by the power of mass media images. Tasman Richardson assembles his work image by image sound by sound generating an apocalyptic ambiance with an extreme accuracy and mastery of rhythm.
This DVD album has been released on the web (you can watch it for free) and as a Video DVD (ISO file) that you can buy for 5 €
