Forms in Flux has performed live for benefit shows, including an Autism Awareness concert, recently on the steps of the Sacramento Capital building.

After recording the first 5 albums Past Insanity & Beyond (1999); Party On! Earth (2003), Baby vs. Dragon (2004); The Hits (2006), and The Remixes (2008), they are now busy working on their next album: "I Plead the FIF" with world famous producer Riq Roq who has worked with artists such as The Federation, E-40, Mr. Fab and 2pac Shakur. “I Plead the FIF” features a collection of songs that will keep you dancing, and a line up of MCs that will keep you bumping.
