Formstone Music was founded in 2003 in Baltimore, Maryland with the purpose of promoting regional singer/songwriters and solo artists, giving them a voice that could complete with the "mainstream" acts in the region. Today, Formstone brings together top artists from Maryland, D.C., and New York. Although our roots are still firmly planted in the solo singer/songwriter, Formstone has expanded it's vision to include up and coming artists and bands that, for no better explanation, cannot be categorized within any certain genre. Formstone artists push and pull the boundaries of their music until lines begin to blur -- making way for something entirely new. Listen and enjoy.
