The 3rd Annual Fort Brown Battle of the Bands is under way. We have a date and location, August 30th at the Amigoland Mall, and are currently scouting out bands in the area. We are looking to find the best the Valley has to offer. I can't stress enough that we are only looking for local bands. NO OUTSIDERS! And, of course like always, the Film Productions Club will be there filming the Battle of the Bands and every band will get their own video. Check back for more updates. If you are a band interested in participating, send me a friend request and a message telling me about yourself. If you are interested in helping our efforts, do the same as the bands. We are always looking for help in organizing the Battle of the Bands.

Hello, This is Cesar Cisneros (BOTB Committee Chair). I would like to host our first meeting of BOTB this upcoming Sunday, June 1st. Since this will be our first meeting for this event, I would like to start it off with an initiation of getting to know everyone a little better considering we might not know each other that much or not at all be familiarized with each other. If anyone has any problems of not being able to meet this Sunday, please let me know in advance. If you will not be able to make it this Sunday, we will make sure to have another meeting following that one as soon as possible. We will try to work on a constant schedule in order to get rid of any confusion and have a steady schedule. We will try to meet at least once a week in order to put our ideas together and at work. well im down to help. i do though have a job now over at whataburger, so i dont think the schedule is going to be crazy but ill help as much as i possibly can, just let me know what you need. peace
