This is an inspiration group especially for those women who want to learn how to live an empowered life. We meet in an informal setting, yet one filled with inspiring subjects, encouraging self-esteem, creating self-discovery, understanding what we attract to our lives, while learning how to live a life of joy.
Being and Becoming Empowerment Group (New!)

This is a new inspiration group for those of you who’d like to explore more from the deeper perspective of who you are Being versus who you need to Be in order to create the life you want. Using empowerment as the basis, this group will be heavily focused on self-reflection and transformation as a way to attract that life you desire.
Individual Coaching: Empowerment is the foundation to creating the life you want, and when you are empowered, anything is possible! If you are at a point on your journey where you're ready to discover all that you can be, do and have, then being inspired to become empowered through my unique coaching can help. Empowerment Essentials: basics for your journey
Take the entire 12-week series with personal one-on-one coaching customized to reach your own personal goals. This series is dedicated to helping you develop the basic foundation necessary to continue on your journey in the most self-empowered way. We will work with your personal doubts, fears and unknowns to get you to the place where you feel confident to live the life you want.
Topics include: Seeking inspiration, Self-esteem, Facing changes, Self-discovering, Possibilities unlimited, Setting intention, Attracting the right people, Creating for fun, Taking action, Managing obstacles, Living a journey of joy, and Becoming empowered.
Your personal introduction to inspiration and empowerment
If you’ve been sensing an inner feeling that there must be more in this life for you, but haven’t been able to identify what to do about it, I would like to offer you this special low-cost personal introduction...
In a one-on-one introduction to my empowerment essentials based coaching, I will share why inspiration is so important on your journey to living an empowered life. I will explain what inspiration is (for you), why it is so valuable to continually seek it, as well as how to identify the feeling of being inspired so that you always know your way back when you feel off track. Additionally, I will share what being empowered means to discovering and creating the life you want—why empowerment is victimless and how being empowered promotes the attitude that anything is possible!
This is a six session series for girls ages 14-17. I am currently accepting one-on-one consultations. If your teen is interested in exploring the Empowerment Essentials, specifically designed with topics geared to her age, contact Donna for more information.
Workshop Topics:
1) Facing change: a discussion on how to embrace change by focusing on opportunities rather than on the fear. We discuss the power of thoughts, point of view and outlook. 2) Discovery: explanation of why self-worth is so important, encouraging her to discover her own individuality, and guiding her to own her unique personality and personal gifts. 3) Possibilities: guiding her understanding that anything is possible and that she holds the power to create what she wants for herself now and in her future, including how to embrace obstacles as guidance for life. 4) People: explanation of how people are attracted by behavior, thoughts or actions, including teaching her how to be responsible for attracting the best people for her own journey. 5) Creativity: furthering the topic that she has the power to create the life she wants and explaining the importance of self-expression through creativity. This workshop also includes how to set intention and take action on those areas in which she desires to express her creativity. 6) Joy: growing up can be frustrating, but finding ways to work towards feeling good and having a purposeful attitude can go a long way in enjoying her young years as well as her life ahead.

As a Certified Life Coach, I have chosen to focus my practice strictly on the topic of "Empowerment". The reason I am so passionate about empowerment is because from my own life experience I have found that only when I am empowered, am I truly in the most powerful state to accomplish whatever I want for myself. As a coach and teacher it is not my place to tell you what to do, rather to inspire you with some basic empowerment tools which I have identified as the most essential in creating the life that you want.
So what is the life you want?
To be honest, if you already have an idea of what life coaching is, I am not typical. My style is a bit different. Although I am certified, I mainly use the Life Coach title more as a way for people to understand basically what I do. While many life coaches help you to be accountable in order to accomplish your goals, my coaching is unique in that I primarily help people who are in their beginning stages of personal growth—meaning before they even know what they want.
From my experience in talking to hundreds of you, I have found that a great percentage of people know they are uncomfortable with something in their lives, but they don’t know why, much less know how to explain what it is they do want. I have found a common thread in where that stems. You’ve lost sight of your own power and turned your focus outward to seek happiness. But you won’t find your happiness outside of yourself. You have it within you. As we go through our sessions, I coach you to the point where you can identify that happiness (empowerment) within yourself.
I help guide you to the place where you are reminded about yourself and all the power you already have within. Once you recall where that power is inside of you, then you will have a greater understanding of what you want and how to get it.
For me, this is the point I become truly inspired by my clients. After just a few sessions, they often have a glow they didn’t have in our first session together. They are ready to face the world with a new sense of empowerment and the knowledge that they can create the life they now know they want!

Your presence is a present to the world. You're unique and one of a kind. Your life can be what you want it to be. Take the days just one at a time.
Count your blessings, not your troubles. You'll make it through whatever comes along. Within you are so many answers. Understand, have courage, be strong.
Don't put limits on yourself. So many dreams are waiting to be realized. Decisions are too important to leave to chance. Reach for your peak, your goal, and your prize.
Nothing wastes more energy than worrying. The longer one carries a problem, the heavier it gets. Don't take things too seriously. Live a life of serenity, not a life of regrets.
Remember that a little love goes a long way. Remember that a lot ... goes forever. Remember that friendship is a wise investment. Life's treasures are people ... together.
Realize that it's never too late. Do ordinary things in extraordinary ways. Have health and hope and happiness. Take the time to wish upon a star.
