Hey, i wouldnt say it if it wasn't true! You guys really did amazing! and I would have to say a few of my favorites were Hear Our Prayer, Love Justice, and then there were about a million more too. haha. And one of my favorite songs before CHIC even was Hosanna so singing that with SO many people was so amazing. :] Do u guys have a CD of the songs you sang? Maybe? lol
Mmm... I don't think so. I googled him though and the name sounded familiar, I know I met some people from Prairie Village on the elevators, so his name may have been brought up then or something. But I don't personally know him
Oh, and CHIC in general? one of the MOST amazing experiences of my life. really. I saw my boyfriend moved to tears and brought closer to God [he's been struggling with it lately], and SO many of my friends commit their lives to God. amazing. absolutely amazing.
Oh my gosh. You guys were absolutely phenomonal. :] we were all talking on the way home from CHIC about which band everyone liked best, and even up alongside all the big name bands, you were easily the top choice. AMAZING. You guys really brought a lot members in my YG closer to God and often, brought us to tears. Thank you so much for the amazing ministry you do. :]
Yea, I just wish it had never ended! But, I guess all good things have to end eventually! I'll have to go find her CD from 06 and listen to it! I also saw that in October some of the songs will be on iTunes! I can't wait to buy them! Also, may I ask who it is that I have been talking to? haha It's weird talking to the unkown! :)
I'm from Kansas, and I actually am not quite sure what my highlight was! Being probably the best week of my life, it's a tough decision! Wednesday night was a really great night! I think during small groups every girl from my youth group was crying, including me. Several of them have had to deal with seperating parents, so it really hit home for them, which also caused me to shed a few tears! It was a pretty powerful night, I think a lot of people really came UNDONE! The last night was also awesome, but I was so sad that it was the end! I think I saw on here some pictures from CHIC 2006? Were you the CHIC Band then too? Cause if so, I might go hunt down my sister's CD from 06! You were truly awesome and actually probably my favorite band although David Crowder and Third Day were pretty good too!
