WORLD CLASS FITNESS IN 100 WORDS:
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and NO sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.
Practice and train major lifts: deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics:pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstands, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.
Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. ROUTINE IS THE ENEMY. Keep workouts short and intense.
Regularly learn and play new sports!

Our goal is elite fitness. Hey gang! Yes. My number is still the same and yes I have facebook. I would love to come check out Lynwood. I am moving up to the pass in the next month but my boyfriend says he wants to come on Saturdays with me. Yay! So we will make it a day trip. Gotta love support! I have lost a little over 22 lbs in 2 months! Hit a plateau and just trying to find the next level of balance. Crossfit is good for that! Xoxo

I've actually been working out like crazy and cutting calories..haha...and no weight lost in the last week even though I did the week before. wtf...LOL Where and when are the workouts? Is there a cost?
Yes. I will be there. I have been staying active around here... However, I would like to join you on the 20th + 1 friend who will be there as well. I am shooting for this Saturday to come to Rainstorm... However, I would like to buy more sessions so I can pick and choose. We will talk more soon.
