We as a collective band have a countless number of influences to our musical journeys. There's a lot of metal, rock, worship, some jazz and country, and a little for Silly Songs with Larry (That's Alex talking!)
Sounds Like
the weight of Pillar, the message of David Crowder Band, and a hint of lemon
CHECK US OUT AT NICKEL CITY!
We have our first rough drafts online for all of you to hear, so I hope you enjoy how it sounds/and will sound when we record a more legit EP! We just recruited Kiel MacDonald on lead guitar, and are very pleased with what has been brought and excited about what is to come. The Found strives to be a band that if people don't like the message we convey, they can at least commend us on our efforts to effectively play our respective instruments. In other words, if you don't like what we have to say, fine. But if we are able to help one person's heart reconsider the role that Jesus Christ has in his/her life, this band has been a COMPLETE SUCCESS. This is all for Christ. Period.
Andrew(Bass/Vocals): "God has given us all gifts, and mine (along with my band members) have a gift for music, so we're gunna use those gifts for the One who gave them to us...JESUS! I've been playing since my 5th grade, and I have heavy music influences from Metallica, Pillar, Charles Mingus, Falling Up, the Seatbelts, Duke Ellington, Blues Brothers, and Dizzy Gilespi. Oh, and Weird Al.
Alex (Drums/Vocals): As a child, my parents and I had no idea why I always wanted to hit stuff with my hands, or grab pencils and start hitting tables all the time. Now that I have been seriously practicing drums for over almost 7 years, made clear by God, I now know why: It has always been meant to glorify the One God of Heaven and Earth.my musical journey had a heavy beginning with Korn, Metallica, and Papa Roach to name a few. As time progressed, my influences spread to Dave Weckl and Buddy Rich (killer jazz drummers), Dave Matthews Band, a little Goo Goo Dolls (hey, it's all about the catchy grooves they have!). Of course, I will always enjoy the heavy side, with bands like Pillar, Thousand Foot Krutch, Led Zeppelin, and Falling Up.
Doug (Guitars): Among the three of us i'm the newby to the music side of life. I've been playing the guitar since october '04 I think... i dont really remember when exactly I started. My liking of music is very very wide, i like everything from "as i lay dying" to "Wintersleep". i also have a great love for techno, but i wont go into that being this is a rock group. i would like to say thanks to a few people who have made me who i am now, among them would be chris odell, brett best, scott ramsey aka sweaty and the "bassest" andrew hartman. those guys and others who i havent said are like brothers to me. among all i would like to saw thanks to our Lord and Father Jesus Christ. withouth him, nobody would be.
Kiel (Guitars/Vocals): I am the token ninja of the band. I am Boojitsu and I will be your final The Found member introducing himself. I was the last member (so far) added to the band and I have been a friend of Alex's (the drummer) since middle school. We've played a few gigs together and our, the band's, love for God and desire to worship him through song / music only increases as we continue to do it more and more. A big thanks to all our friends, families, and supporters for helping us, encouraging us, and loving us. Without you, we are just a couple of guys in a garage. Your continued support is and will always be greatly appreciated. Peace, Grace, and God Bless you all.

Never Felt Better is now signed to Midnite Rekords and that the band is getting more exposure and more shows that it's time for Never Felt Better be a full unit for it's too much for one person to handle while working full time. So Never Felt Better is looking for members to become the full unit ElectroRock Industrial band I always wanted. Here is what I'm looking for...
Guitar Player: Heavy Industrial/Metal/Punk Rock Style Guitarist that plays in either Drop C or Drop C Tuning. I want the guitars heavy or fast. Just want one guitarist for now that can play rhythm and lead.
Bass Player: Heavy Industrial/Metal/Punk Rock Style Bassist that can play either slap or finger and can play funky as well as heavy.
Drummer: Heavy Industrial/Metal/Punk Rock Drummer that can also play with backing tracks or uses a electronic drumset. Drummer that can use electronics or double bass would be ideal.
Synth Player/Sampler/DJ: Electronic Rock Style that knows how to use synthizers, samplers, DJ gear or all of the above. Someone that can add all the electronic elements to the band so I don't need to use my laptop all the time.
Requirements for joining the band:
MUST Promote the band either on myspace, flyers, word of mouth, etc.
Must be able to play shows and tour. We have lots of shows and tours in the works and if you like to play this is the band for you!
Must NOT be a junkie!
Must be open-minded!
Must be between 18 or over and live in the Bay Area or around San Jose and have the transportation to practice and play.
The influences range from VNV Nation, Nine Inch Nails, AFI, Blaqk Audio, Depeche Mode, the Cure, Apoptygma Berzerk, Covenant, London After Midnite, Danzig, and the Misfits. If you meet these requirements and like to join a SIGNED band going places than e-mail me!

so the camcorder cassie used was recording on a video tape and not on a digital disc. This means I can only stream it but don't have the proper software / stuff to do that, so if you or someone you know can do it, let me know so I can get you the camcorder. I have a usb + television hook up chords (red, yellow, white). Let me know ! C u guys tomorrow(?)
