    The hardest working band in celtic music! Fraid Knot is a technically driving, high energy group of musicians who embrace elements from the Canadian East Coast and Celtic Genres, as well as Irish, Scottish, and North American traditional/rock in their covers tunes and original music. From the musical shores of Newfoundland, the lead singer's past accoldades include Music Industry Associtaion nominations for Song of the Year, Album of the Year, New Group of the Year, and Roots Traditional Band of the Year. Instrumentation includes: Electric/Acoustic Guitar, Mandolin, Mandola, Tin Whistle, Drums, Bass, Accordion, & blended Vocals. Fraid Knot has recently released its much anticipated debut album: "Hoist the Sails". Produced by Glenn Webster and Todd J. Al, this album was mastered by the legendary Terry Manning of Compass Point Studios in the Bahamas.
