..... We like eating bagels, hot dogs , talking about the weather, reading lots of different stuff at the same time, drinking a cold cup of tea , cooking, doing nothing at all, going for a weekend in the countyside and playing music. Oh and we can roll lots of cigarettes ourselves (!) and play the jazzoflute and melodica!
Akiko is absolutely not a serious band , probably because playing in a band is not necessary a serious thing.
It..s 3 guys who don..t (and can..t ) sing , but who play guitar , bass , drums , melodica and like to use some fun samples from stupid B-Movies or a boring documentary.
Akiko play Noise and Rock , and , like several bands , are influenced by the music of Shellac , Fugazi , Mc Lusky , Slint , Pupile , The Future of the Left (...) for the intensity , to Joy Division , Constantines , Beastie Boys (...) for this kind of groove.
Everything here rests on the energy , surprise element , spontaneity , the desire to meet people and the pleasure to share a stage with lots of excellent bands.

Kassyus Clay are a musical project formed in 2007 in Vicenza, Italy.
Their early sound could be considered a combination of energetic rock and sinuous post rock. In six months, after having released an unofficial demo called “Kassyus Clay, We play!!!” - which was recorded and self-produced in a low-fi studio - the band decided to develop their sound adding electronic instruments and broadening their experimental side. Their following songs became more eclectic, more instrumental, more orchestrated and definitely less rock, paying attention on the harmony and the structure of the pieces.
Inspired by some groups such as Stereolab, Tortoise, Cinematic Orchestra, Jagga Jazzist, and many other similar bands, Kassyus Clay sound can be described as an evocative, powerful, hypnotic melody, being like “a talking picture without pictures”.
Two Half Cans was born in 2007. Two Half Cans is a duo, guitar and drum. Two Half Cans is like Austin and Chicago, Seattle and Washington D.C., a little bit New York too. Two Half Cans isn't White Stripe, not The Kills,not indie, not Rock'n'Roll. Two Half cans play only live.
on est encore au niveau 2 sur l'échelle de 7 dont les Chick Peas sont les maîtres mais on va essayer de passer vous donner quelques conseils dès que possible. Enfin, vu que vous êtes déjà au niveau 1,75, ça va être rapide!
