Bruce Howard, Chief Operating Officer
Bruce Howard is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles and holds the degrees of Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor of Law. He was a founding partner in the NASD licensed firm of Gipe, Furst, and Boles and participated in raising Hundreds of Millions of Dollars in capitalization for privately held corporations. Relying upon a law school emphasis in Intellectual Property, Bruce has subsequently spent his recent career in merchandising licensed products. He has been a direct licensee of the Paramount Pictures Film Library, Major League Baseball Players Association, King Features, Archie Comics, Ritz Carlton Hotels and other entities.
Bruce was serving as a consultant and independent producer for Frame of Mind Entertainment when he accepted an offer from the Dunson Twins to become Chief Operating Officer. In this capacity Bruce will oversee all transactional activity pertaining to artist development and will seek out independent film companies looking for strategic partners to provide music soundtracks, distribution deals or initial capitalization.
