Synopsis
As Bliss Drew approaches her thirteenth birthday she is forced to face a peculiarly Hollywood-blend of family problems: her plastic surgery-obsessed Grandma Ellen is suddenly engaged to a gold-digging, boy-toy, and her super-famous actress mother, Angel, has decided that Bliss’ new rebellious streak must be subdued with the help of Moyra,, a celebrity “parent/teen consultant.”
Moyra is determined to help Bliss work through her many “issues". This involves forcing Bliss to attend “teen life mediation” sessions at the Famous Haven Club where she and other celeb offspring are taught to “embrace their own specialness". (Barf!) The woman just has to go.
Bliss can always count on her friends CoCo and J.K. to help... but they’ve got problems of their own. Sure, J.K.’s Dad owns an entire movie studio, but J.K. has had to battle leukaemia alone. And CoCo’s famous parents have just been through a messy divorce. Life isn’t a bed of roses for any Celebrity Spawn. Growing up beneath the watchful gaze of the ever-present paparazzi and seeing your Mom’s tonsils sell for big bucks on eBay can leave a girl with some serious trust issues. Can Bliss navigate her way through her Mom’s crazy fans, even crazier entourage and over-zealous caregivers to emerge sane and free of Moyra?

Thanks for the add. I just love your red hair. I have two red-headed twins, so I get to see red hair every day. I write young adult novels as well. My first one is coming out in January. Some have said it's like a "Harry Potter meets Star Wars." Keep an eye out for it.
