Born in Mexico City of a Mexican father and Japanese mother he grew up since he was three years old in San Diego, California, U.S.A. He first studied the piano with his mother and later privately with Ines Abadi in San Diego. Later he spent one year at the Escuela Superior de Musica INBA in Mexico City before studying at the Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris, France with Dusan Tadic, a student of Alfred Cortot. He passed his piano exam for the Diplome d'Etudes Musicales at the Ecole Nationale de Musique de la Ville d'AVRAY with mention Tres Bien and also recieved his certificat for finishing the cycle de perfectionnement. He is also a teacher at the A.A.M.P.E.M.C (Association Artiste pour l'Enseignement Musicale Champigny sur Marne). He is active as recitalist and in accompagnement.
