SECRET GREEN
This is the name of my new band. Secret Green to me represents the lost soul of England. William Blake described the industrial revolution as The Death of Childhood. The decades that followed became known as the Disenchantment of the World. Secret Green is where the flames of Albion are kept alight and alive. Secret Green is elsewhere; a village green where magic and ritual are alive and where the broken heart of England is kept beating and nursed back to true health. On Secret Green you might find Merlin, Nimue, Morris men, Mummers, maypoles and all the outlandish folk and creatures of the real England.
I hope you approve.

Thought I'd just drop by to hurl some abuse but, having arrived here, I find I've left it all behind. Probably in a box. Possibly somewhere safe. Funny, isn't it. There are times when I would rather be writing guff like this instead of music. But now that time has passed so.......
HI AND THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE ADD ON YOUR PAGE ...I HOPE YOU GET A CHANCE TO LISTEN TO MY SONGS AND MAYBE LEAVE A COMMENT IF YOU GET TIME...I WISH YOU WELL AND HOPE YOU ENJOY MY MUSIC ..THANKS AGAIN...YOUR FRIEND PATRICK K
"Remembrance Day is a well put together tune... you guys are awesome... thanks for combining your skills in a way that brings honour to soldier and country!” Troops In Afghanistan (Operation Sandbox), comment on our myspace page. "This Has To Be The Most Direct And Cutting Anthem Of Modern Times"
Hi again Now we have a new and rather crazy blog about "How to dance like Roger Moore in Santiago". We also have a link to a brand new interview. If you find the time don..t forget to read it:) Wish you a brilliant weekend. Tomas/ Eggs & Dogs
I hope all is going well with you. I was just listening to your CD this evening, and I thought I would stop by and say hello. By the way, I am so proud of having the album signed, with your little dedicatory to me! Maybe it's childish but this is a precious album to me because of that!! :)
Hi Francis Thank you so much for myspace friendship. A lot of joy in your music.Thank you for sharing. If you get the time don..t forget to check our music! Wsih you a brilliant week Tomas/ Eggs & Dogs
Splendid! Will the lute album contain any original pieces or will consist entirely of the music of JD? I can't believe your Stockhausen tribute band didn't catch-on. I though 'Gruppen' was a big rave scene favourite. A Dowland tribute band would definitely catch-on. Listen to what Sting did with Dowland's music...Hmm, on second thoughts, please don't listen. It's far too horrible to bear.
Forgot to say: have you never thought of making a cd of Lute music? I'm sure you could easily burn the cds at home and sell them by mail order to those of us who have a penchant for that kind of music. Just a thought.
Hello Mr. Lickerish and thanks for the add and your comments. As a long time Enid fan it is really nice to have a contact with you and the current Enid members. "Touch Me" was the very first record I ever bought and I still love it. Also your lute playing sounds very interesting. Keep on playing!
