Françoise FOGNINI (vocal)

Chanteuse, improvisatrice et compositrice, Françoise Fognini est une interprète sensible dotée d'une voix puissante, chaleureuse et agile. Entourée de ses talentueux complices, Richard RAZAFINDRAKOTO (piano) Simon TEBOUL(contrebasse) David GEORGELET(batterie/percussions) elle nous donne à entendre une énergie musicale généreuse, vivante. Les arrangements collégiaux entremêlent divers genres musicaux, jazz, musiques latines, blues.

Entre Complicité et sensibilité d’interprétation, le quartet explore les compositions et revisite les standards, entremêlent divers genres musicaux : Jazz, musique latine, groove, rythmes africains… Recherchant couleurs et atmosphères, ils passent de l’intimisme chaleureux à l’improvisation swing avec délices, car ce qu’ils aiment avant tout, c’est partager leur immense plaisir de jouer ensemble

Vocalist, improvisationalist and songwriter, Françoise Fognini is a note-worthy singer equipped with a warm, powerful and agile voice. Surrounded by talented sidemen, Richard RAZAFINDRAKOTO (piano) Simon TEBOUL(upright bass) David GEORGELET(drums/percussions), she serves us a generous and vivacious musical energy to listen to.

The collegiate arrangements intertwine different styles of music; from jazz to latin to blues. The quartet equally explores a French repetoire with lyrics penned by Gilles Robin and also revisits American standards, passing thru a warm intimacy into a delicious improvisational swing.
