About me:

Here's my boring writing bio: Frank Marcopolos (rhymes with “metropolis”) has had his written work appear in the following publications: The Urban Bizarre (Prime Books, 2004), In Our Own Words: A Generation Defining Itself (MW Enterprises, 2004), Underbeat Journal (Fingerprint Press, 2003), the-hold.com, The Whirligig, Anti-Matters, Culled From Cullen (Tower Records Press, 2003), Odelay!, Scowlzine, The Oracle, and Broken Pencil.

Frank currently lives in Brooklyn, New York above a tombstone store with his pet goldfish, Fred. He used to jump from perfectly good airplanes while in flight for the US Army, but he no longer does that.

I also do old-fashioned storytelling in a new-fashioned medium (PODCASTING!) here:

    Hello Frank

Hope you enjoy my most recent blog.

    Song of my Heart

There is a peace more like a prayer as if Nature is calling me to become part of its world. That can only be understood by the soul. Something I have forgotten yet like a distant bell reminding me to come back home.

To have had the opportunity of making your acquaintance, like so many. How can I forget but now more than ever wish to find you? How long will I wait in this place or must I follow the stars.

Yet this is your story, it must and so as best as I can will listen and hear you speak. Maybe from a distant planet or the little creatures that awakens during the night and sings your song.

You are everywhere. Under the stone, behind the clouds, in my chest and it is there I will find you.

    ~ Roel Corpus ~

I dedicate this writing to the men and women who have come before me or that are alive (Guy Finley) and their students. It is thru their Courage that is showing me to discover a new life.

Inspired by the book, “Apprentice of The Heart,” written by Guy Finley and the music CD he produced, “Door of My Heart.”

Ps_ Thanks for the friendship. Hope to see more of you visit my page.

    Hello Frank

Thanks for the friendship. Hope you enjoy one of my blogs:

    King Arthur… Freedom

I have just finished seeing one of my favorite movies tonight. “King Arthur Directors Cut.” Amazing legend! A great story as are all great stories about putting higher ideals first... in spite of all the odds.

So deep in thought that is deeper… it is love, that small amber that burns deep inside all humans, that in spite of fear (Arthur) decides to listen to a higher cause and put love first.

One particular scene where Sir Lancelot is trying to persuade him to run; "save your life while you can"… Arthur responds back if you are my friend you of all else who knows me. That everything I have done. All the blood I have shed has led me to this moment.

At the end… a silent call was heard as all true spiritual callings go and one by one they came to fight on his side.

Such an emotional and dramatic movie about facing incredible odds in the battlefield, it takes courage, to stand alone but Arthur as the legend goes… “All men and women have free will to choose a greater cause… Freedom.”

    ~Roel Corpus~

Ps_ Happy to be friends. Stop and visit if you have a chance.
