
12-16-1982: Born and raised in Battle Creek, MI
Two sisters, one older (Lela) and one younger (Breana). Parents have been married 31 years, and still live in the same house I was born in.
1987 (Age 5): Started singin' Elvis tunes with Dad at home
1989 (Age 7): Shot my first music video in the family basement.
2000 (Age 18): First official gig
Senior year at the Lakeview Spartan Basketball game. Played "Star Spangled Banner" on guitar.
2001: Graduated from Lakeview High School
2002-2007: Western Michigan Univ.
Athletic Scholarship - WMU Broncos Baseball
Majored in playing baseball and open mic nights. Took some Communication classes on the side. ;)
2006: Started Facemelting

-Started solo career doing acoustic shows every Thursday night at Louie's. Hit the road with my band on the weekends.
May 2008: Next Big Star Competition
Won Kenny Chesney's "The Next Big Star" competition for MI. Opened for Kenny on the Poets & Pirates tour at the Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids on May 21 & 22 and Ford Field in Detroit on August 2.
June 26, 2008: released Electric Hillbilly CD
Fall 2008: Signed publishing deal with Sony ATV
March 20, 2009: Recording Artist with Warner Bros. Records. On Air with Y 96.5 with the news
April 2009: Moved to Nashville
August 2009: Start Recording my debut album.
