I don't need you to love me, hate me, even know where I live or what I'm about. Because for 14 years, I've blead, sweat, and paid the price for one word. That word was and is RESPECT in being what you are. I am a professional wrestler. I may not be the biggest guy or the strongest guy, but what I do have are the 3 D's. DESIRE, DEDICATION, DISIPLINE. If I have the desire to do something I do it no matter what anyone says, I don't like being told I can't do something for whatever reason. I started wrestling in 1991. In my 1st match I broke my jaw. Doctors told me I should reconsider wrestling. I did, and i considered the doctors were wrong. Things went well over the years many injuries, but none that I would let stop me. Then came the day that changed my life forever. 7/6/01 it's a day I can never and will never forget. I was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident. I broke both my feet, both ankles - completely shattering my right one, broke my right leg, cracked my hip, lacerated my liver and lacerated both knees down to the knee cap. I was told by doctors that I would not walk again for at least a year if I was lucky, and I would never wrestle again. I spent 3 months bed ridden in the hospital having a dozen surgeries, I then spent the next 2 months at home confined to a wheelchair. I was determined to prove the doctors wrong and I did. Six months after the accident I began walking again, with the aid of crutches, a few weeks later I was down to a cane, shortly after that i was walking on my own. Now all that was next was to get back in the ring and do what I loved to do. I admit that it was not easy and it was one of the hardest things to do. Physically I was no longer what I used to be and I would never be that way again. I spent almost the next 2 years getting prepared to get back as close as possible to what I once was. On 12/27/03 I got back in the ring for the 1st time since June 2001. I came to the ring to the only song that was suitable for the occasion "My Sacrafice" by Creed. I've been wrestling ever since then and will continue to do so for as long as i can. In closing I leave you with the following words of wisdom: Don't think you can...Know you can. Your human body is the most impressive tool that you will ever own. Even if you can't control everything...You can always control something. Your body - use it...abuse it...because one day...you're gonna loose it
