Singing of love and heartbreak, this Canadian act includes a bit of something for everyone. Over the course of the 11 songs you will hear shades of The Cure, Oasis, Dashboard Confessionals, and Smashing Pumpkins amongst others. What I first noticed about the album is Frankie Mayfield's voice. It is unlike any you have heard before. It is quite powerful and full of emotion. The album ends with an interesting cover of The Ronette's "Be My Baby".
