Hello,
my name is Frank Joyce and I am running for Scranton City Council to represent the people of Scranton. I have lived in Scranton for the majority of my life, in both North and West Scranton. Other than living in Scranton, I lived in Syracuse, NY where I went to college at Syracuse University as an undergrad. I firmly believe that through hard work much can be accomplished. Though Scranton is a great place to grow up and a great place to raise children, there is still much that needs to be done. It is no secret to anyone that resides here that we need to strive to create more family sustaining jobs for our residents, work to lower taxes through reducing our debts, and turn Scranton into a city where young individuals want to come back to after they graduate high school or college, rather than move away.
Though there are many things that I want to accomplish for Scranton, I can't do it alone, I need your help on election day. Also, please feel free to email me your thoughts on what you would like to see accomplished, as I am not running to simply express my ideas and accomplish solely the goals that I have for Scranton, I am running to represent YOU and ALL OF THE RESIDENTS of this great city. I sincerely appreciate your support.
