I think i remember something about it! (mainly Seinfeld, python, pbs, history, discovery) big fan of "Myth busters"! mostly NOT a fan of TV (genus-species Optico Monstroso variant Multiplitious Commercialiens). | | Books | Les Miserables (still working on my French - nést pas?). Mostly non-fiction (history, art, philo, science, etc) but occasional forays into Sci Fi. | | Heroes | Isaac Asimov, Carl Sagan, Rachel Carson, Stephen J. Gould, Arthur C. Clarke, Douglas N. Although not a dancer (except for a bit of square), my interest is in dance as a part of performance and/or vis/aud art.

Film - Art - Set Design

Other than some small vids and auds that i've made, my interest in film is two fold: (1) to be able to create unique (often experimental) sets for a film; eg, the dream sequence by Dali in "Spellbound", work by Jasper Johns in "The Large Glass" by Du

Frank's Blurbs |
About me:
50-something (earth years; see map) homind in love with knowledge, the arts, and the universe. But, seriously folks...
I'm mainly an artist/writer/actor/etc. In terms of the visual arts, i paint, draw, do printmaking, collage, as well as video and audio stuff. I've done some acting and performance work. My main areas of theatre interest include "the cannon" (ie, shakespeare/bacon, musicals, etc), as well as especially theatre of the absurd (albe, beckett, inoesco, etc), as well as all things EXPERIMENTAL.
btw: the pic of me is from the play "Never a referece Point"
refer to: http://www.angelfire.com/blog/narp
for info. At one point, the director/producer (the ever
fab: Dr. Thomas Riccio sed, "And can anyone do something
about Frank's hair?" -- i play "Patty"'s drunkard father
-- pretty much passed out at the "gambing" station -- which
was the "station" that i shared with the "shadow men".
In terms of music and audio, i (and my partner in art-crime, David McCullough) do a series called "Is that Jazz?" based on the work of Gil Scott Heron. I have also done some acting -- very experimental works, but well-attended none-the-less. Refer to:

Who I'd like to meet:
Intellegent Humans, Dolphins, or other sentient life forms not necessarily bent on the destruction of the planet earth, its wondrous life (and non-life) forms (see map). Also, any non-bigots who have patience with all life forms on Earth (see map). As Ashley Montegue put it: "Live life, as if life and love were one". Peace always. - Frank.
