Franklin Micare does it all. On his own, or with his trio, Micare has the ability to ignite an audience at any nightclub or party. His musical repertoire is endless from the soft, smooth voicings of Sinatra's "Fly Me to the Moon," to the '60's sensation "Under the Boardwalk" by the Drifters, to "Viva Las Vegas" with a Latin beat. The ability of Micare to take any request captivates audiences and entertains everyone who hears him. Micare also boasts an impressive record of performing, including tracks on the "Lost Lennon Tapes" radio show produced by Yoko Ono. He has recorded three solo albums with original music as well as his latest CD's 'You're the Reason,' and 'Lost Weekend' with his trio. In addition, he has been heard on numerous TV commercials from Manischevitz wine to Campbell's soup. His music always sounds best directly from the dance floor in front of him. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Party Recommendation: Franklin was absolutely amazing (and unbelievably accommodating to every request we had ... including learning new music). If I sound like I'm on his payroll for this, I'm not surprised (and I should be). My initial reaction to my own wedding is I've never seen so many people on a dance floor ... before dinner ever got started. He just literally took over. Afterwards, I've never had so many people comment how outstanding he was (and how that want his schedule so they can go listen to him play out). Our guest list was as diverse as yours sounds like it will be. He had something for everyone, including new and interesting twists on old standards. I cannot recommend him enough.
