My career first began at 1,000 watt daytime, WLND-AM (now WKTX-AM) in Cortland, Ohio as morning news anchor, weekend DJ and host of the "Treasure Chest of Bargains Show." I moved to Cleveland shortly afterwards to attend CSU. That was almost 20 years ago and I've been working in the market since.
My radio station travels have also taken me to WRRO (DJ), WDOK (DJ), WRMR (Ass't PD/MD/DJ), WWWE (Promo Coordinator), WNWV (DJ), WEOL (DJ), WOBL (DJ), WKNR (Indians Net Board Op) & Jones Radio Network's Smooth Jazz format.
My "big break" into TV came at WKYC in June 1994 as a studio technician. In 1995, I was promoted to Director by former WKYC Production Manager, now WLTX GM Rich O'Dell.
Today, I'm Senior Director/Producer (and Emmy nominated) for WKYC-TV responsible for shows including Channel 3 News at 6, 7 & 11 PM and Sportstime Ohio (including "Indians On Deck") and a web producer/designer for wkyc.com

Thanks so much for adding me to your myspace friends list. I wish you all the best during these difficult times for all. As a native Clevelander, I have seen many changes, wether it be the news or in government. Out of the 45 plus years of living, five were spent down in good ole Southeast Florida. Although I only found one channel while I was living in Florida worth watching, none compared to good ole Cleveland for news, sports, weather and/or special reports/segements. Thanks again for the add and thanks so much for your blogs.
