Biography

My name is Frank Zumbroich and I am a songwriter/producer with my own exclusive Edition with EMI Music Publishing Germany, and own a recording studio (see picture) near Wuerzburg, Germany. I write and produce for 3rd party acts as well as for individual artists. My musical preferences range from Sting to Rammstein, but no jazz :)

My career launched as a drummer for many diverse Rock/Metal bands in Frankfurt/Main (Overdose, Crack Jaw, Skin Deep). For many years, I called the Heddernheimer Bunker home, but in 1993 I teamed up with the cover rock band “Number Nine” and moved to Bavaria pursue my musical career. Since 1999, I retired my drumsticks to work primarily as a songwriter/producer. Since then I have produced such acts as Sascha A. Lien (lead role in “We Will Rock You”, Queen musical in Cologne since April 2007), Benny Martell (German Idol finalist), Corinna May (Grand Prix), Paddy Goes To Holyhead and Yoomiii (RTL Star Diary). In 2000, I founded Edition Supernatural and I am currently an exclusive author for EMI Music Publishing.

In addition to being a songwriter, I am also a “service provider”, composing music for advertising and industry film clips, mixing and remixing sound tracks and fulfill all programming needs as requested. If you would like to contact me, send me an email.



Mein Name ist Frank Zumbroich, einigen auch bekannt als "Zumby". Ich bin Songwriter und Produzent, habe eine Edition bei EMI Music Publishing Germany und ein Studio (siehe Foto) in der Nähe von Würzburg. Ich schreibe und produziere sowohl für Dritte als auch für eigene Acts. Meine musikalischen Vorlieben reichen von Sting bis Rammstein, kein Jazz :-)

Angefangen habe ich als Drummer in diversen Rock und Metal Bands in Frankfurt/Main (Overdose, Crack Jaw, Skin Deep). Der Heddernheimer Bunker war für viele Jahre mein Zuhause. 1993 hat es mich dann nach Bayern verschlagen, als Drummer der Cover Rock Band "Number Nine". Seit 1999 arbeite ich hauptberuflich als Songwriter und Produzent, unter anderem für Acts wie Sascha A. Lien (seit April 07 Galileo im Queen Musical Köln), Benny Martell (DSDS Finalist), Corinna May (Grand Prix), Paddy goes to Holyhead, Yoomiii (RTL2 Startagebuch). Seit 2000 habe ich die Edition Supernatural bei EMI Music Publishing und bin dort natürlich auch exklusiver Autor.

Neben dem Songwriting bin ich auch "Dienstleister", schreibe Musik für Werbe/Industriefilme, erstelle Mixe/Remixe, programmiere was verlangt wird.
