Photo used for Mother is copyright of Marc Riboud, of a mother with her child, born with Down's Syndrome. I just found it really beautiful.

I have always loved the way that medicine, science, art, language and music overlap. I must have music in my bones. I love the way music is in conversation; it is as much in the sound of a pneumatic drill as it is a concerto in F minor.
If you tune in to the right frequencies, there is always music somewhere, and whilst heard melodies are sweet, those that are unheard are even sweeter.
Give me a drumkit, a ukulele, a piano, a musical saw or anything that makes a noise and I'm happy.
thanks as ever, fran. you are faithful and true. i'll keep pushing to get 'Hey Jude Law' back online for you. (The others don't like it much these days but I, inexplicably, have a big soft spot for it!). cheers mate, if you make it to the glasgow show then come and say hello. jeremy x
