Freaky Funky Beer Doze is a combination of various Bands. Johannes Casanova, Cyril Hofer and Benjamin Fernando (Reefer Madness) Thomas J. Kurmann (Poppycock) and Pascal Walser (Da Funky Dukes) established the band at a local Open-Air Festival. What began as a jam and cover project developed quickly into a band with its own style of music and a massive groove. When the group was joined by Emanuel Casanova (Saxophone), the styles of Freaky Funky Beer Doze was born and has remained faithful to this day,characterized by Ska, Funk and Rock.
The repertoire which consists now almost exclusively of own songs, received its final touch with Niklas Roth (violin), Nicole Becker (keyboard) and Markus Becker (trumpet) joining.
Energetic live-appearances are trademarks of Freaky Funky Beer Doze.
With the realisation of a Recording Project, professional structures and much enthusiasm Freaky Funky Beer Doze will leave an impression on the musical landscape.
